I am amazed at how I am simply unable to let go of this website in spite of all the issues, especially the connection to spammers and other privacy and security issues.

Hol's account is up to 16,437 followers. 

Happy to see that Festive Tasks is in the works at the alternate location.

Interesting to note that BL account was last active on Sept 28, which is also only as far back as the DASHBOARD will let me see.

Speaking of followers, Hol has 16,101 followers. So sad.

I am trying to post something each time I log in but today is one of those days that I really have nothing much to say.

I wish I could get more to download on my dashboard. I can only go back as far as September 28, which is about is good as I have been able to do of late.

I wanted to reblog some of the great cartoons that Hol shared with us in the past but I does not seem that it can be done from her blog page, only from the Dashboard -- and it won't let me go back that far. 

WOW!  

I have been able to log in a couple of times this week, with no problems at all. 

Sadly, I haven't had the time to post anything to show that I have been here.

I do want to report, that Hol's follower count continues to grow, now at 15,514. That's like 2000 new followers in two weeks. Not the news we want to hear.

Happy October. Halloween Bingo is halfway to the finish line.

It has been a while since I have been able to log in and actually see My Dashboard. 

Of, course, even when I do see my dashboard,  I'm lucky if I see anything more than just the last post. Sad, isn't it.

Hol is about to hit the 15,000. That's even sadder.

With any luck, this message will post on the first try. But I'm not betting on it.

I just want to thank all three of my followers.

Managed to log in 2 days in a row.

Still slower than dial-up 20 years ago.

Hol's followers as of today: 13,463. If this number ever starts going down, we will have a hint that something is being done about the spammers.

First time I have been able to get to my DASHBOARD since September 4.

Booklikes has been unable to handle my connection.

First attempt to post failed: An Error 522 means that the request was able to connect to your web server, but that the request didn't finish. The most likely cause is that something on your server is hogging resources. Additional troubleshooting information here.

Third attempt failed. No excuse given.

One step back.

Had trouble connecting for a couple of days. 

Still a ghost town here.

Has anyone ever thought that this is exactly what the plan has been all along: drive us away?

Finally able to connect.

Have cleaned up following list, they were mostly dormant accounts.

Have spiffed up blog theme.

Have added friends.

Dashboard feed still like molasses.
